Privacy Notice

In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and applicable Guidelines, Black Raccoon Systems (the "Controller") provides this Privacy Notice, which applies both to this website and to the mobile apps published by Black Raccoon Systems. Sections 1 to 7 refer to the website; how each mobile app handles data is described in section 8.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Personal data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect directly:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone (optional)
• Message or description of your project

Automatically, for statistical purposes, we collect browsing data: IP address (anonymized), device type, browser, operating system, language, time zone, approximate country/city location (IP geolocation), pages visited and campaign parameters (UTM). We do not collect sensitive personal data.

2. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship):

• Responding to your contact, quote or information request.
• Following up and communicating with you about your project.

Secondary purposes (you may object without affecting our service):

• Statistical traffic analysis to improve the website and our services.
• Occasional sending of related commercial information.

3. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form and by continuing to browse after accepting the cookie notice. Analytics data is processed only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

4. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise them, send a request to blackraccoonsystems@gmail.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a means of contact. We will respond within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP.

5. Transfers

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as provided in article 37 of the LFPDPPP. We may rely on infrastructure and email providers acting as processors under confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in anonymized form and automatically deleted after 13 months.

8. Mobile apps

This section describes how Black Raccoon Systems' mobile apps handle data. Each app has its own subsection.

8.1 Mobile apps — LikeWhip

LikeWhip (developed by Black Raccoon Systems) does not collect, store or share personal data. It requires no account, shows no ads, does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools, and does not send any information over the internet.

The app stores only your preferences (sensitivity and vibration) on your device. This information never leaves the phone, except through Android's automatic backup, which the user controls, and it is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Permissions: it uses vibration only for haptic feedback and the accelerometer to detect the phone's movement. None of this data is stored or transmitted.

The app is not directed at children under 13.

This Privacy Notice may be updated. We will publish any changes on this same page with their update date.
